A business addon unlocks an industry-specific workflow on top of any core plan. For example, the Restaurant addon adds tables + KOTs + kitchen display, the Pharmacy addon adds batch tracking + expiry alerts, and so on. Addons are optional — you only pay for the ones your business actually needs.

No. The core plans already cover everyday POS, inventory, customers, suppliers, expenses, and reports — enough to run most retail, fashion, electronics, liquor, stationery, daily-needs, basic wholesale and basic service businesses without any addon. Addons unlock advanced industry workflows, not the basic ability to sell.

Most do — pharmacies, supermarkets, hardware shops, spare-parts shops, butcheries, salons, basic wholesale, retail, fashion, footwear, electronics, mobile, liquor, stationery and daily-needs stores all run cleanly on the standard plans (Starter or Professional). Restaurants need the live Restaurant POS addon (or Enterprise, which includes it). Hotels need the Premium Hotel/HMS addon, activated by sales.

Yes. Start on a core plan today and add the Restaurant POS addon (or upgrade to Enterprise, which includes it) any time you need restaurant features. Your data + customers + stock all carry over — only the new module turns on. Hotel/HMS activations are handled by sales after the property quote is signed.

Restaurant POS is included on Enterprise and is available as a self-service 25,000 TZS/mo addon on Professional. Hotel / HMS is a premium per-property addon — contact sales for a quote. The verticals you sometimes hear referred to as addons (Pharmacy, Supermarket, Hardware, Butcher, Salon, Wholesale) are NOT separate paid products today — their daily workflows already run on the standard plans, so you only pay for the plan that fits your scale. We do plan to release Advanced versions of those (Advanced Pharmacy, Advanced Wholesale, etc.) as future paid addons; until then they appear in the 'Coming soon' section.

Today the Restaurant addon is billed monthly at TZS 25,000 — quarterly/6-month/yearly addon pricing arrives with the self-service addon checkout. Talk to sales if you want an annual discount on a Restaurant addon today; we apply it manually on the CompanyAddon row.
