STEP 1 ⏱️ 2 minutes

Complete Your Company Setup

First, let's set up your business profile. This information appears on receipts and invoices.

  1. Click your profile picture (top right)
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Go to "Company Information"
  4. Fill in:
    • Business Name
    • Address & Phone
    • Email
    • Tax/VAT Number (if applicable)
  5. Upload your company logo
  6. Click "Save"

💡 Pro Tip

Use a transparent PNG logo (400x200px) for professional-looking receipts and invoices.

STEP 2 ⏱️ 3 minutes

Add Your First Product

Now let's add something to sell. We'll add a sample product together.

  1. Go to Inventory → Products
  2. Click the "+ Add Product" button
  3. Enter these details:
    • Name: Sample Product
    • SKU: PROD-001
    • Selling Price: $25.00
    • Cost Price: $15.00 (what you paid)
    • Initial Stock: 50 units
  4. Click "Save Product"

⚠️ Important

Fields marked with * are required. SKU must be unique - it's your internal product code.

STEP 3 ⏱️ 2 minutes

Check Your Stock

Let's verify your inventory is properly set up.

  1. Go to Inventory → Stock Levels
  2. You should see your new product with 50 units
  3. Notice the green ✅ indicating healthy stock
  4. Click on the product to view details

💡 Understanding Stock Status
  • ✅ Healthy: Stock above reorder level
  • ⚠️ Low: Below reorder level - time to restock
  • ❌ Out: Zero stock - can't sell
STEP 4 ⏱️ 2 minutes

Make Your First Sale

Time to make money! Let's process a test sale.

  1. Go to Sales → POS Terminal
  2. In the search box, type: "sample"
  3. Click on "Sample Product"
  4. It appears in the cart on the right
  5. Click [💳 Payment]
  6. Select Cash payment method
  7. Enter amount received (e.g., $30)
  8. Click [✅ Complete Sale]

STEP 5 ⏱️ 1 minute

View Your Sales Report

See the results of your hard work!

  1. Go to Reports → Sales
  2. View today's sales summary
  3. See your $25.00 sale listed
  4. Check your profit ($10.00 - the difference between selling and cost price)
