Offline POS Mode
Overview
Continue selling even when your internet connection drops. NinoPOS Offline Mode queues transactions locally and syncs them to the cloud automatically when connectivity returns.
Step-by-Step Guide

Enable Offline Mode
Go to Settings → POS → Offline Mode and toggle it on. Ensure your device has sufficient storage.

Download Product Data
Click Sync Now to cache your product catalog, prices, and customer list locally.

Sell Offline
When the connection drops, the POS automatically switches to offline mode. Sales are stored locally and receipts are printed via Bluetooth or cached.

Automatic Sync
When connectivity returns, queued sales sync automatically. Inventory, reports, and accounting update in real time.
Tips & Best Practices
Tip: Test offline mode periodically by enabling airplane mode for a few minutes.
Note: M-Pesa and card payments require connectivity. Offline sales should use cash or record as "Pay Later."
