Multi-Store Management

Overview

Operate and manage multiple stores, branches, or locations from a single NinoPOS account. Compare performance, transfer stock, and manage permissions per location.

Step-by-Step Guide

Add Stores

Go to Settings → Stores and click New Store. Enter store name, address, currency, and timezone.

Assign Users

In Team, assign users to specific stores. Users can be restricted to see only their assigned store data.

Configure Store-Specific Settings

Each store can have its own tax rates, receipt templates, payment methods, and currency settings.

Switch Between Stores

Use the Store Switcher in the top navigation bar to switch contexts instantly. The dashboard updates to show the selected store data.

Compare Performance

Go to Admin → Store Comparison to view side-by-side sales, inventory, and profit metrics across all locations.

Inter-Store Transfers

Transfer stock between stores using Inventory → Transfers. Track transfer status and receive stock at the destination.

Tip: Use the consolidated reporting view to see combined metrics across all stores for head-office oversight.
Tip: Set up store-specific low-stock alerts so each location manages its own replenishment.
